Palestine is present in the discussion of the draft Finance Law 2027 in the House of Representatives and demands to drop normalization

The discussion of the draft finance law for the year 2027 in the Finance Committee of the House of Representatives on Wednesday witnessed a prominent presence of the Palestinian issue, according to what was published by the "Lakm" website. This comes through the wearing of the Palestinian keffiyeh by the deputies of the Left Alliance team, and the interventions of a number of parliamentary teams that condemned Israeli crimes and called for the overthrow of normalization.

The Left Alliance expressed its condemnation of what it described as the ongoing war of extermination against the Palestinian people, referring to the killing of children, women, the elderly, journalists and doctors, and the assault on prisoners. The destruction of infrastructure, including cemeteries, and the uprooting of trees. MP Nabila Munib, in her intervention on behalf of the group, said that this situation calls for vigilance and readiness to resist in defense of identity, security and stability, while rejecting any surrender that affects the dignity of the people.

The group announced its rejection of all forms of normalization with Israel, and its demand for the right of Morocco to take its positions freely, in addition to supporting the right of the Palestinians to establish their independent state with Jerusalem as its capital, the return of refugees, and the liberation of prisoners. It also called for those responsible for genocide, massacres and destruction of heritage to be brought before the International Court of Justice.

For his part, Idris Al-Azmi Al-Idrisi, in an intervention on behalf of the Justice and Development Team, stressed the continued support for the Palestinian people in their resistance to the occupation, and the rejection of all forms of normalization, relations and agreements with Israel.

In the same context, the Progress and Socialism Team expressed its solidarity with the Palestinian people in the face of what it described as the Israeli war of extermination, stressing its continued support until it achieves its legitimate national rights. Foremost of which is the establishment of its independent state with Jerusalem as its capital, in accordance with international legitimacy.

As for Reem Shabat, she spoke on behalf of the activist team about renewing Morocco's firm position on the Palestinian issue, and condemning the violations against the people of Gaza and the Palestinians in general.
